The base variant which named as Drive T5 will be powered by a turbocharged 2.0 liter inline- 4 engine. On the other hand, there will be also the higher variant which named as T5 AWD which powered by a turbocharged 2.5 liter inline-5 engine.

Although cannot be said as a big engine, those engines are able to deliver a quiet powerful performance for this high class wagon car. The base variant which powered by a turbocharged 2.0 liter inline-4 engine is able to generate maximum power around 240 horsepower and maximum torque around 250 lb- ft. On the other hand, the higher variant which powered by a turbocharged 2.5 liter inline- 5 engine is able to deliver maximum power around 250 horsepower. Besides able to generate a quiet great performance, those engine are also able to generate a quiet great score for fuel economy which notes around 25 mpg for city driving and 37 mpg for highway driving.
